I have a domain control and dhcp server so I just want to have a wifi access and connect the wifi router on my switch. Not sure you quite understand "bridged" mode. If the modem is in bridged mode, the router has to do its job.
So putting a router in bridged mode does not make sense. Merryworks is an IT service provider. The router as an access point can be trouble. You need to make sure you turn off DHCP and bunch of other features. So I just want to add the wifi router just to have a access point, I don't need of the router function. To do that, I just want to set up the wifi router with the bridge mode.

Unfortunately, I can't change the setting of the modem, the provider prevents everything. To continue this discussion, please ask a new question.

But most brickings can be fixed with access to the console. WAN didn't work. MAC was incorrect and even cloned old address hoping that would do it.
That didn't work. Had to set fixed IP to crash firmware recovery.Register your product to extend your free support from 30 days to 90 days. Click here to see this product's warranty document.
